Data Deletion Instructions

1. Your Right to Request Deletion

If you have contacted Voyentis Labs through our website, email, or our WhatsApp Business number — including through our AI-assisted WhatsApp support channel — you can request that we delete the personal data we hold about you, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2. How to Submit a Deletion Request

You can request deletion of your data through either of the following channels:

• Email: send a request to hello@voyentislabs.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", including the WhatsApp number, email address, or name under which you contacted us.
• WhatsApp: send the message "DELETE MY DATA" to our WhatsApp Business number, +90 530 785 2005.

We may ask you to confirm your identity (e.g., by messaging from the same WhatsApp number or email address on file) before processing your request, to prevent someone else from deleting your data without your authorization.

3. How We Evaluate and Process Your Request

When we receive a deletion request, a member of our team will:

1. Verify the request comes from the person the data belongs to (or their authorized representative);
2. Identify the personal data we hold about you across our systems (website inquiries, WhatsApp conversation logs, and any records stored on our backend automation infrastructure);
3. Delete or irreversibly anonymize that data, except where we are required to keep certain records for legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory purposes;
4. Confirm back to you, through the channel you contacted us on, once the request has been completed.

We will respond to and complete your request within 30 days of receiving it. If we cannot fully complete it, for example because of a legal retention obligation, we will tell you why within the same period.

4. Legal Retention Exceptions

In some cases, applicable law may require us to retain certain records even after a deletion request — for example, financial or tax records related to a paid engagement, or records needed to defend against a legal claim. Where this applies, we will delete or anonymize all data not subject to such an obligation and retain only what the law requires, for no longer than necessary. Even without a deletion request, conversation data is deleted or anonymized 12 months after your last message, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Scope of Deletion

A deletion request made through this page covers data associated with your contact (phone number, email, or name) across:

• Website contact/inquiry records;
• WhatsApp conversation history with our AI-assisted support channel and our team;
• Any summaries or logs generated from those conversations on our backend systems.

It does not affect data held directly by Meta/WhatsApp as the messaging platform operator, or by other third parties (such as Calendly) that you interacted with directly — you will need to contact those providers separately for data held on their own systems.
